Senior Photos 2020

Well it is that time of year again, time for your senior pictures.   I love senior pictures.   Senior pictures are memories that will last a life time.    It shows the world, from here to the end of time, what you did your senior year of high school.

I get asked all the time, what should we do for senior pictures?  Think about what your hobbies are, what you like to do, and go with that.   If you are an artist, take pictures with your paint, your drawings, whatever it is you do your art with, or the final product.  If you play an instrument, use that instrument in at least one picture.    Are you on a team of any type, take a picture in your school colors, school jacket, etc.    There are so many possibilities

Where do we take the pictures?   That is the most fun of all.  If you like the great outdoors, take your pictures in a wooded area.   The great thing about that is you don’t need a lot of room to make it look like you are in the great outdoors.    You can take pictures on the school grounds; I have met some people at their school as a location.   Go to your favorite trail, to your favorite park, to your favorite hangout.    Right next to my studio is a waterfall, that makes a great photo for anyone.    Living in Dallas, the skyline is great.   If you know what you are doing, there are plenty of great views of that.   There is a hotel, with a bar on top of the roof that has a great view of the skyline and a never-ending pool.   I also know of a golf course where you can really get good shots of the skyline.   The point is, look everywhere, talk to your photographer to get the best location for your shoot.

The best thing about Senior Pictures, they are a way for you to make a memory to last a lifetime.   They are your choice, what ever you decide to do.   Never forget that.   Congrats on your graduation.   Remember, you have so much more to look forward to in your future, but have fun with the now.  Make your senior pictures the best pictures you have taken, so far that is
